I had the pleasure of attending the Bloom Bash this past May held at the lovely The Lange Farm. Two days spent learning from other creatives like bloggers, designers, & photographers who shared their experiences with their businesses. The ladies at The Bloom Workshop also put a gorgeous styled shoot with southern inspired theme.
Bold lace paired with a delicate blush color were a key element in the inspiration. The swoon-worthy Elizabeth Dye dress's neckline was mimicked perfectly on the wedding cake and the delicate lace overlay with blush linens on the table tied those elements in perfectly. Of course the romantic calligraphy and lush peony bouquet with the floral garland table runner were one of my favorite details!
We were lucky this sweet horse didn't mind modeling next to our lovely bride and groom during a rainy day. The porch of the garden house gave us much needed cover from the rain and provided that southern feel for the shoot. Much like on a wedding day where we can't control the weather, there is always a place we can photograph that will turn out just as beautiful.
