When I first meet Renee and Jordan, they had traveled from Baltimore to make some final decisions on their Florida destination wedding. They were planning an intimate beach wedding with their closest family and were putting it all together in just two months. I was immediately struck by the way they looked at each other and how much love their was between them. I was surprised to learn it took competing on the same rowing crew for charity to finally bring them together, after Jordan spend some time trying to get close to Renee without her taking the bait. Which after seeing how sweet they were together, it was hard to believe!
They decided to do a First Look, which for those of you who are new to this, is where you see each other before the wedding. They had a Ketubah signing, which is a Jewish prenuptial agreement you sign before the ceremony. Since they were having their family around for that they still wanted to have that first look, a private moment before everyone got together. I love all the creative touches Renee put into their wedding in such a short amount of time, like the scrabble tiles used for name placement at dinner, the vintage brownie cameras she found online, to all the creative signs she created. I was in heaven with all the details! (especially the cameras, who knew?)
